How to Use Marketing Automations
Automations are an excellent method for consistently engaging with your customers while requiring minimal effort on your end. Once set up, they operate automatically, saving you time and ensuring a continuous stream of customer interaction. You can customize automations to trigger at specific dates and times or customer actions, enhancing the personalized touch of your engagement strategies. Do you want to ask customers who recently disconnected to post a review on a specific website? How about welcome new customers on their first visit? Maybe provide a loyalty discount for a customer on their 10th visit, or on their birthday? You can do all of these and more with marketing automations.
