What is Smart WiFi?

An all-in-one guest WiFi platform for businesses that provides AI powered analytics and marketing tools to engage customers and drive loyalty. It consists of a pre-configured WiFi router and an online Dashboard that controls all WiFi features.

Do I need to be technical to use Smart WiFi?

Not at all. Smart WiFi was designed to be plug-and-play. No technical expertise is required. All custom settings are done in our easy to use online Dashboard.

Is a WiFi router included?

Yes, your service includes a pre-configured WiFi router that plugs into your existing Internet modem. The WiFi router can typically cover about 2500 square feet. Additional WiFi Access Points for increased coverage can be purchased at cost. If you already own Mikrotik hardware, we can simply send you a configuration file.

How does shipping work?

We ship free in the continental United States, typically within 5-7 business days. For international shipping, please contact us for a custom quote. Please note that import duties and taxes may be charged at the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Smart WiFi cannot be held responsible for products ordered getting through local customs.

Do I need to sign up for third party services?

No, integrations with third party services are optional, but they can add a huge value to your business. If you would like to integrate WiFi customer data with a CRM, then you will also need an account with those services. Some offer a free version, while others require a paid account.

Does this work in my country?

Yes, the Smart WiFi router works anywhere in the world and simply requires an internet connection. You may need a power plug adapter for different power outlets.
