Dashboard

Welcome to your new Dashboard – your friendly bird’s-eye view of everything happening at your business. Have more than one location? No problem, simply use the drop-down menus in the upper right corner to customize what you see. You can easily filter by specific locations and time periods, making it a breeze to get the exact information you need.

Once you’ve picked what you want to see, the rest of the tables will update for you. You’ll get a clear timeline of logins, repeat visits, guest metrics, and marketing stats. It’s a quick and easy way to stay updated on the latest happenings at your business and spot any usage trends.
Last but not least on the Dashboard, let’s shine a light on the Live Activity Feed. This nifty feature gives you a real-time snapshot of what’s happening right now at your business. From users connecting and disconnecting to opening marketing emails, it’s all here. And if you want the freshest updates, just click the Refresh arrow. It’s like having a real-time window into your business, giving you the latest insights with a simple click.

Guests

Welcome to the Guests Page, your hub for many of the key players in your business – your valued customers. Use the search bar at the top to find specific users by name or email address effortlessly. Additionally, you have the option to export the current data table into a .csv file for further analysis and organization. This page is designed to help you stay connected and informed about the individuals who help make your business thrive.

Within the main table, you’ll find convenient filters (accessible by clicking the funnel icon atop relevant columns) and sorting options (achieved by clicking the three-line arrow). This setup allows you to customize your data view according to your preferences. We also wanted to help you identify Loyal customers easily at a glance – these are customers who have logged in at least three times in the last month.

Clicking on any guest directly provides access to detailed guest statistics and usage information. Here, you can delve into metrics such as average visit length, marketing interactions, and visit history. This wealth of data is particularly valuable for those loyal guests, offering insights that can enhance their experience and strengthen your relationship with them.

Login Page

The Login Page section helps you manage your WiFi Login Page for your business. You can create different pages for different locations, different times of day, different seasons, promotions, or whatever else you prefer. (We go into much further detail on another post for Login Pages, so we’re going to just give an overview here.)
On the left side, you’ll find a list of your business locations. Even if you have just one location, you still have the flexibility to create and schedule multiple Login Pages.

In the upper right corner of the thumbnail preview, you can edit, delete, or preview your Login Page. Next to the a Login Page section, you have the options to create, copy, or schedule a Login Page to suit your business needs.

Marketing

You’ve gathered all the emails and phone numbers your customers have shared with you. Now what? Enter the Marketing page. This page is divided into Broadcasts and Automations. Broadcasts are one-time messages sent to your current customer list, or a specific segment of it. Automations, on the other hand, are messages set to trigger under certain conditions—like a Welcome email for first-time guests, or an SMS sent an hour after a guest leaves. Just set it once and you’re good to go!
Both columns have a similar layout. You can start with a New message, Template message, or Smart message. A New message lets you create from scratch. A Template message uses one of our pre-made messages with some options already filled in. A Smart message utilizes AI to guide you in creating a marketing message tailored to achieve your desired outcome.

Integrations

If you use a third-party tool for CRM or other needs, that’s not a problem! We’re here to support your business growth and success, without needing to take the spotlight. On the Integrations page, you can easily connect directly to your third-party tools to maximize the benefits of both services. Just click on the service you want to integrate into the SmartWiFi platform, add the required information, and you’re all set.
WiFi Settings

If everything’s running smoothly with your device and network, you might never need to visit the WiFi Settings page. However, here you can manage the SSID (the WiFi name your customers see), set time limits, speed limits, and more. Each section includes a brief explanation of its function, so you can explore them at your convenience. You can also click the Advanced toggle in the upper right corner if you wish to see further WiFi and device settings.
Business Info

At last, we introduce your Business Info page. Here, you’ll find comprehensive details about your business, including individual locations, routers, billing information, and authorized account managers. As your business grows, SmartWiFi grows with you. You can effortlessly add new locations directly from this page, ensuring seamless expansion.
